Payment Methods:
Safe and secure payments are accepted in various methods by anyone with an email address online using Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can sign up for one at www.paypal.com.au
Direct bank deposit - Once an order has been placed you will receive an email order confirmation. On this confirmation our bank direct deposit details are listed. Please email the bank confirmation to us once the deposit has been made and upon receipt of funds your order will be processed.

Chic Mother and Baby recommends international purchases be paid for by PAYPAL which will automatically calculate the correct currency conversion into AU Australian Dollars.
Please be aware that if payment is not received within 7 days from the date of order, the order will be cancelled.
Orders cannot be processed or dispatched until payment is received.

Layby:
We offer layby terms for up to 8 weeks. 10% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Select bank deposit/cheque at checkout and in 'Special Instructions’ type in that you wish the order to be a layby If a bank deposit or cheque is not received within 7 days, the order will be assumed as cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE: Layby is not available with EFT payments or orders less than $75.00 (including shipping).
Payment is required each fortnight at a minimum and must be completed within 8 weeks of the original order date. Note the order number and place the word "Layby" in your direct deposit transfers so it can be traced accordingly. If paying by cheque please write the order number on the back of the cheque. If you cancel your layby at any time the initial 10% deposit will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Layby customers will NOT be sent reminders and the regular payments are the responsiblity of the customer. If after 8 weeks the order has not been paid for in full the stock will be returned to the shelves and you will be refunded the payments made, less the 10% initial deposit which will be retained by Chic Mother & Baby.

Delivery:
Chic Mother and Baby dispatches parcels Australia-wide Monday to Friday during business hours via Australia Post. Our postage and handling fees including registered post is $6.95 Australia wide. Chic Mother & Baby has to right to change shipping costs if and when required.
Registered post ensures that your parcel can be traced and insured for items up to the value of $100. Please ensure someone is home around the time your goods are due to be delivered as a signature will be required.
Express Post can also be arranged at standard Australia Post shipping rates if required. Contact us for rates.
Please allow 2 - 10 days for delivery once payment has been received. This will depend on the destination and stock availability, although most orders are received within a couple of days.
In the rare occassion that we experience any delays on stock, we will contact you immediately to provide an estimated delivery date.
Backorders generally only have a 7-14 day turnaround time. An estimated date will be provided once your order is placed.
International orders are sent via Australia Post by air mail. Costs will depend on the destination and weight. Please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order, and for your estimated delivery date. Registered post can also be arranged.
Chic Mother & Baby cannot not be held responsible for items lost or damaged once shipped. We carefully check, pack and protect each item before shipping.
