In the rare event that there is a fault or damage to your purchase, Chic Mother and Baby will happily exchange or refund your purchase (less the postage amount), providing it is returned in the original packaging with tags attached, and is unworn and unwashed.
We will also exchange wrong size clothing if returned in it's original condition. In this instance the customer will be responsible for all postage costs.
